Niko Hamm
Niko R. Hamm is the owner and President of E.L. Hamm & Associates Incorporated, a strategic and risk management firm based in Virginia Beach, VA. A Hampton Roads native, Ms. Hamm received her BS in Business Administration from Hampton University and her JD from Regent University. She is a Certified Risk Manager, assisting organizations with compliance, optimization and efficiency.

Marcia Conston
Dr. Marcia Conston is President of Tidewater Community College (TCC), Virginia’s second-largest community college. Dr. Conston brings extensive experience in education, leadership, fundraising, and community development. She is actively engaged nationally and in the Hampton Roads community, where she serves on several boards. Dr. Conston holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education, an M.A. in Economics, and an M.Div. in Religion.

Shannon O. Pierce
Shannon O. Pierce, a Hampton Roads native, is President and CEO of Virginia Natural Gas, a leading energy provider serving southeastern Virginia. Pierce is a recognized thought leader on workforce development and infrastructure development. In addition to various chamber and industry association boards, Pierce has over 15 years of service on not-for-profit boards and committees that focus on education and leadership development, economic empowerment, and environmental stewardship.

Dr. Beverly Roberts-Atwater
Dr. Beverly Roberts-Atwater, D.O., M.A., Ph.D., is a physician, educator, researcher, and health policy leader with an accomplished career in medicine, academia, and healthcare administration. She earned her B.A. from Fisk University, an M.A. from New York University, a Ph.D. from Michigan State University, and her D.O. from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has held faculty roles at Michigan State University and the University of Michigan and currently serves as the first African American female Lydia Meyer Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Nationally recognized for her expertise, she has served on influential boards and committees shaping healthcare policy, residency training, and disability advocacy. Her research focuses on spasticity in disabled populations, healthcare disparities, concussion recovery, and sickle cell disease pain management.

Diedre L. Windsor
Diedre L. Windsor, a retired U.S. Army Major and former paratrooper with the elite 82nd Airborne Division, is the Founder & CEO of Windsor Group LLC, an award-winning professional services firm recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies for five consecutive years. Under her leadership, Windsor has grown into a multimillion-dollar enterprise serving more than a dozen federal agencies while subcontracting to 30+ small businesses and fueling their growth. A nationally recognized leader and philanthropist committed to giving back, she has earned placement on the Washington Business Journal’s Corporate Philanthropy list three years in a row, is a two-time honoree on the Women Presidents Organization’s 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned and -Led Companies list, the 2024 Distinguished Alumna of Methodist University, the 2025 BEYA Entrepreneurial Leadership Award winner, and a two-time Maryland Top 100 Women recipient.
