Pastor Janeen “Lady J” McBath has dedicated her life to making sure women and families in crisis know they are not forgotten.
 
Through the creation of the House of Esther and the 825 Campus, Lady J has built spaces of restoration, stability, faith, and hope for teenage mothers, unhoused women, and families navigating difficult seasons. Her innovative approach goes beyond temporary shelter; creating transitional living environments that combine housing, mentorship, support services, and personal development to help women rebuild their lives with dignity and long-term stability.
 
With a background in business and an unstoppable passion for helping women discover their potential, Lady J’s leadership reminds us that innovation isn’t always about technology or titles. Sometimes it looks like creating safe spaces where healing, opportunity, and possibility can begin again.
