Today, we proudly recognize Trailblazer: Rev. Michelle Ellis Young, CEO of YWCA South Hampton Roads.

For more than 30 years, Michelle has led at the intersection of advocacy, equity, and empowerment. Through her leadership at YWCA South Hampton Roads, an organization dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women, she has amplified voices, created pathways for leadership, and championed opportunities for women and families across our community.
